Insurance:
I am currently an Aetna provider. For all other insurance companies, I provide an itemized receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Appointments:
Appointments for new clients are scheduled for one hour. Weekly individual sessions of 45 minutes are then scheduled for consistency, continuity and effectiveness. Sessions for family or couples counseling are 60 minutes in duration. Payment is expected at the beginning of each session. Payment by cash or check is acceptable. Please call for availability and fees.
Groups:
I also offer social skills groups and support groups. Please see the listing under "Group Offerings" for availability and fees.
Phone consults:
There is a fee for phone consults lasting more than 10 minutes.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of an existing appointment must be made at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged for the session.
