There are times when everyone needs a little extra help.  Everyday life is stressful in our fast paced world, and we often put ourselves last on the list.  If you are ready to put yourself and your happiness as a top priority, if you are willing to consider making some changes to improve your life, I am here to help.  I am a positive, take charge person and encourage my clients to do the same for themselves.  Professional counseling can aid in resolving problems and facilitate positive change; with guidance and support you can recognize your inner strength and resources.  My goal is to help you find new solutions to current problems.

"Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away."
